At their meeting on October 22nd, Council adopted the proposed annual inflationary increase of 5.6% for Development Cost Charges (DCCs) after receiving approval form the Inspector of Municipalities on October 3rd, 2024.  Higher increases will apply to commercial and industrial classifications due to their inclusion in the storm drainage category that are now in effect.
