City of Burnaby - TOA Designations

Adopted

As mentioned in previous updates, on December 16th, Council adopted TOA Designations as required by Provincial Legislation.

 

 

December 17th, 2024

As mentioned in previous updates, on December 2nd, Council gave three readings to TOA Designations as required by Provincial Legislation. 

 

 

 

 

November 5th, 2024

As mentioned in previous updates, on October 21st, Council tabled discussions on TOA Designations again until further request by Council. 

 

July 4th, 2024

On June 24th, Council delayed the enactment of a bylaw designating Transit-Oriented Areas (TOAs) as required by Provincial Legislation and Regulations. The bylaw was formally tabled for a minimum 90 days.
