As mentioned in previous updates, on October 28, Council adopted Bylaw amendments on the designation of servicing officers. Servicing Officers will be able to require property owners to provide portions of land within their property for new highways/widening of existing highways or for alternative forms of transportation without compensation, as a condition of issuing a building permit.
