Reporting directly to the Director, Development, the Development Manager (DM) will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through to completion. The DM will work with our in-house construction team to effectively drive the development of projects in a manner that meets TL Housing's high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

The Manager, Financial Reporting & Tax is responsible for a full spectrum of accounting duties including quarterly and annual financial reporting, corporate tax returns and compliance for multiple real estate investment entities.

As an ambassador of SHAPEs exciting projects, the Director of Leasing will manage the leasing team in communicating with prospective tenants, preparing marketing information, and negotiating leases for available spaces within our projects and master-planned communities, whilst successfully conveying our brand and story.
