Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the Vice President of Construction will oversee all construction activities in Metro Vancouver, from pre-construction planning to project completion. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the general contractor, ensuring budget accuracy, and providing insights to support development decisions. The VP will lead the Project Management team, implement best practices, manage documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
